Personal hygiene is an essential part of living a healthy, comfortable, and confident life. Maintaining good personal hygiene helps prevent diseases, reduce the spread of germs, and keep our bodies clean and fresh. Everyone should develop healthy habits and practise them every day.

First, take a bath regularly using clean water and soap to remove sweat, dirt, and bacteria from the skin. Brush your teeth at least twice daily to maintain fresh breath and prevent tooth decay. Wash your hands with soap and water before eating, after using the toilet, and after handling dirty objects.

Always wear clean clothes and underwear, keep your fingernails short and clean, and wash your hair regularly. Pay special attention to intimate hygiene and use clean personal items such as towels, toothbrushes, and combs. Avoid sharing items that may spread infections.

Additionally, keep your surroundings clean, dispose of waste properly, and practise good menstrual hygiene when applicable. Remember, personal hygiene is not only about appearance; it is about protecting your health, respecting yourself, and promoting a cleaner environment for everyone. Make cleanliness a daily habit.
